Waterproofing Done Right

"Last spring bought a condo with a dirt foundation, and little did I know at the time, but when it rained heavily, the cellar would become damp and the odor of wet dirt permeated through the first floor of the condo.  Not to mention, the dampness was bad for the framing above and if left untreated, that would have become a problem too.  I found an ad in a local newspaper for waterproofing and encapsulation of cellars from Wet Basement Solutions. Fix Our Flooded Basement for Less

My wife and I, bought our first home seven years ago with one major oversight by the home inspector. We had a hidden swimming pool in our basement which only showed its ugly head in the spring and required two small sump pumps that were set to timers.After the first year we had a basement company come in and give us a quote. The quote was much more than we anticipated it would be.

We decided to wait on fixing the basement. The next six years we struggled with the flooding basemnt.  Our neighbor told us of the gentleman from Wet Basement Soloutions, Ed Saltamacchia. We gave Wet basement  a call do come and do a quote Their quote came in at half the price of the first quote we had received. We agreed to the quote and made an appointment  to have the work done. They managed to dig the inside drain to the sump pump pit We have lived blissfully with it since! I cant say enough about this experience.  We have found the Wet Basement Solutions people to have a great produce, professional service and above all the price! More importantly the service well after the sale.
